Exhibitor Information

Exhibitor registration and payment are due by Thursday, December 29, 2011 to be included in the event brochure.

Exhibit Space Rates: 

  • $100 for one 10’ wide by 8’ deep booth
  • $75 for each additional booth

Booth Amenities:

  • Pipe and drape booth dividers provided
  • 1 skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • 2 tickets to the Festival

Winery and Distributor Provisions:

  • 1 wine pourer
  • Dump bucket
  • Ice & water service as needed

Load-in time: 12pm., Saturday, January 21, 2012

Event Time: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00p.m.

Load-out time: 9:30pm – 11:30 p.m.
