Workshop Information

The following tasting classes will be available in Room F117.  There is a limit of 20 people per class.  Registration and payment of $20 per class will be accepted the evening of the event.

White Wine Tasting

Two distinct white wines will be offered for comparative tasting.  Learn the basics of wine tasting, the unique points of each white wine offering, and suggested pairings for each wine.
 
Sake 101

A variety of sakes will be provided for tasting.  Learn how sake is made,  what makes different sakes unique, whether they should be served warm or cold, and suggested food pairings for each sake.
 
Red Wine Tasting

Two distinct red wines will be offered for comparative tasting.  Learn the basics of wine tasting, the unique points of each red wine offering, and suggested pairings for each wine.
